Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week
Pay: £13.75 – £18.60 per hour (dependent on experience)
We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our busy school office team in Burnley. We currently have vacancies for the following roles:
* Business Support Officer
* Attendance Officer
* Admin/Office Support
About the Roles
These key positions play a vital part in the smooth running of our school. The successful candidates will provide high-quality administrative support, ensure accurate record-keeping, and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of our school office.
Requirements
Applicants must have previous experience working in a school environment and have held roles the same as, or similar to, those advertised. Unfortunately, candidates without this essential experience will not be considered.
You should also demonstrate:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
* Proficiency in school systems (e.g. SIMS or CPOMS) and Microsoft Office packages
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
