Overview We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Ensuring smooth service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulations.
Duties
* Staff Management: training and delegating tasks to staff.
* Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, striving to provide a positive dining experience for all guests.
* Operational Oversight: Overseeing daily operations, including bar preparation, service, and cleanliness.
* Inventory: Ordering supplies and counting inventory.
* Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing rules.
* Cost Control: Reducing operational costs and increasing productivity.
* Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities for staff.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
