My Local Authority Client in the West Midlands is looking to source an experienced Senior Town Planner to join their DM Majors Team on an initial 6-month contract.
The Role:
You will be working as part of the Major Applications Team, taking on a caseload of Major Applications, often PPA's. The applications that the council are currently receiving are very interesting and varied. You can work with flexibility and freedom; however, the expectation is that you would attend the office one day every week, although there could be some negotiation around this.
Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible to apply for this role, you need to be an experienced Town Planner, with significant experience within a DM department within a Local Planning Authority.
