Our client has a new permanent, office-based opportunity.
The outline of the role will be to provide systems/user support, troubleshooting, testing and documentation around their IT systems.
The ideal candidate will be:
* Organised
* Methodical
* Comfortable supporting users and explaining things clearly via email, over the phone and face to face
* Good at troubleshooting and working through problems to completion
* Strong at producing clear written guidance and documentation
* Practical and patient in helping others use systems.
* Able to build strong relationships across the business
* Comfortable working with technical and non-technical staff
This is very much working across IT systems and the business
