With experience in the batterystorageor energy industry you have got a strong understanding ofissuesfacing the sector. You will feel comfortable strategisingaround thedevelopment of business and enhancing the companysmarketposition. With great interpersonal skills andcommercialunderstanding you will be able to easily buildrelationships withstakeholders and businesspartners.
Responsibilities:
Headingup the Commercial and BusinessDevelopment team you will beresponsible for overseeing allcurrently operational commercialventures looking at operationalrevenue and live project tenders.Your responsibilitieswillinclude:
* Developing and executingeffectivecommercial strategies in alignment with company goalsandobjectives
* Identifyingnew businessopportunities market trends and regulatoryopportunities Norikercan seize to expand our commercialstanding
* Assist with andoversee theanalysis of flexible energy market dynamics andcompetition toformulate strategies to capitalise on emerging trendsoptimisingbusinessperformance
* Maintain anunderstanding ofregulations which may impact risk and opportunityfor the business
* Collaboratecrossfunctionallywith departments across the company to ensurecommercial alignment
* Monitorteam performance metricsprepare reports and present to seniormanagement for informeddecisionmaking
* Work closely with theMD tosupport key project offtaking and financial relationshipswithin acorporateenvironment
* Maintain strongrelationships withkey stakeholders clients and partners to promotestrategicalliances and objective to enhance company opportunity.

* Bachelorsdegree in a STEMsubject Business Administration Economics Marketingor a relatedfield
* Provenexperience as a commercialmanager or similar position within theBattery Storage orEnergySector
* A strong trackrecord ofsuccessful commercial strategic development andimplementation
* Strongleadership skills beingable to effectively lead a multidisciplinaryteam towards commoncommercialgoals
* Excellent skills withnegotiationcommunication and general interpersonalability
* An analyticalmindset withproficiency in using data analysis and reporting toolsto establishdefensible decisionmaking
* Indepth understandingof marketresearch business development and financialprinciples
* The ability tothrive in a fastpaced occasionally high pressureenvironment
