Production Supervisor Location: Maidenhead Salary: £35-45k per annum We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands on leadership role overseeing electromechanical assembly operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met. Key Responsibilities for the Production Supervisor: Lead and supervise a team of assemblers within an electromechanical production environment. Coordinate daily workflow, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to meet production schedules. Ensure all products are assembled to specification, maintaining high quality and rightfirsttime standards. Train, mentor, and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee 5S, health & safety compliance, and general shopfloor housekeeping. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues. Support process improvements, rootcause analysis, and efficiency initiatives.
