What You’ll Do
* Support the Building Services team in the coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical services across projects
* Assist with reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information
* Learn to monitor installation works to ensure compliance with design, programme and quality standards
* Support the management of subcontractors and suppliers
* Assist with commissioning and handover processes
* Work closely with site teams, design teams and external consultants
* Attend training and development programmes as part of your apprenticeship
* Maintain accurate records, reports and project documentation
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
* Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (essential)
* Level 4 / HNC in Building Services Engineering or similar (essential)
* Strong interest in construction and building services engineering
* Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (desirable)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
* Willingness to learn and develop within a fast‑paced environment
* Full UK driving licence (desirable)
