Homeless & Housing Solutions Officer (Agency Role) Location: Bromsgrove & Redditch Contract Type: Agency / Temporary Hours: 37 hours per week (Full-time) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Start Date: 2 March 2026 End Date: 5 June 2026 Pay Rate: £24.00 per hour (PAYE) DBS Required: Basic DBS Job Overview We are currently recruiting a Homeless & Housing Solutions Officer to support a local authority housing service due to additional workload pressures. This is a full-time agency assignment supporting households at risk of homelessness and those requiring housing advice and intervention. The role involves working directly with customers to prevent homelessness, assess housing needs, and deliver practical housing solutions in line with legislation and council policy.
