What You’ll Do

We are looking for an organised and proactive Early Talent Coordinator to support and deliver our early talent programmes and manage employee qualification requirements across the business.

This is a hands-on, operational role focused on coordinating apprenticeships and early careers programmes, maintaining accurate qualification records, running recruitment and engagement events, and managing apprenticeship funding, grants and CITB levy activity. You will play a key role in ensuring our early talent pathways and qualifications are well administered, compliant and effectively promoted.

What You’ll Bring

1. Proven experience coordinating apprenticeships, early careers or workforce development programmes
2. Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding, levy management and compliance
3. Experience of coordinating training budgets, grants or funding streams
4. Experience in reporting and data analysis, with the ability to provide actionable insights
5. Experience working with training providers and awarding bodies
6. Proven ability to create engaging communications for different audiences, promoting programmes and initiatives effectively
7. Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
8. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex administrative requirements
9. Full UK driving licence
