They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Candidates with fire protection or fire safety experience will be at an advantage, though this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and managing project budgets, cost plans, and valuations
Measuring and estimating works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Managing subcontractor accounts, payments, and variations
Assisting with tender preparation and contract negotiations
Preparing reports and providing cost advice to support decision-making
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
Strong knowledge of cost control, estimating, and contract administration
Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
Fire protection/fire safety experience is highly advantageous
Strong communication and organisational abilities
Proficiency with relevant software (e.g. Excel, estimating tools)
