We're looking for a qualified Physiotherapist to join our friendly, supportive team. We are a small but friendly team of physiotherapists, physiotherapy assistants and a business coordinator who are all passionate about our clients and our jobs. The role will involve providing physiotherapy that's rooted in clinical reasoning and delivered with compassion. Working with clients of all ages across a variety of settings, you'll assess needs, plan tailored interventions, and guide individuals and families through their rehab journey. You'll manage your own caseload while collaborating with a wider multidisciplinary team (MDT) and also support our Physiotherapy Assistants through mentoring and supervision.

Hourly Rate Competitive salary - to be discussed dependent on experience
Hours of Work 22 hours - can be negotiated to individual (flexible working patterns available by agreement)
Probationary Period 3 months
Location Michelin Athletic Club, Rosetree Avenue, Stoke on Trent.
Contract Type Permanent
Travel Travel to homes, schools, or other sites may be required. A driving licence and access to a car are essential.

Qualifications/Experience Essential
· BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
· HCPC registration
· Experience in paediatric and/or neurological physiotherapy
· Ability to work independently across varied settings (clinic, home, school, virtual)
· Strong clinical reasoning and rehab planning skills · Confident in Microsoft Office and clinical systems · Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Desirable
· CSP membership
· Experience supervising assistants or students
· Experience in SEND settings
· Familiarity with TM3 (or similar systems)
· Experience in private or blended NHS/private practice
