Job Summary:

* This role involves carrying out maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of equipment, including boiler plant, ventilation systems, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power systems, and lighting.
* The ideal candidate will be qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in relevant disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
">
1. Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and complete associated paperwork and reports.
2. Ensure all statutory and mandatory tasks are completed within required timescales and certification is correctly completed.
3. Perform reactive and emergency tasks as needed, using handheld technology effectively.
4. Monitor visiting sub-contractors regarding standard of work and Health and Safety practices.
5. Issue appropriate Permits and control small works and escort duties as required.

* A valid driving license is required for this role.
* The ideal candidate will have experience of maintenance, testing, and fault finding on various equipment, including boilers, ventilation systems, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, and small power systems.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety practices and safe working procedures is essential.
