The Role
The IT Support Analyst Will Join a Close-knit IT Team, Providing 1st-2nd Line Support To Users Across The Business. This Will Include
* managing / troubleshooting tickets within a service desk tool, escalating where necessary
* providing desktop and local user support
* maintaining an excellent customer service approach for all support queries
* IT asset management, setting up laptops & Mobile devices
* process improvement, documentation
* support on various projects
About You
Applicants for the IT Support Analyst role will have:
* proven experience in a similar IT support role covering both 1st and 2nd line support
* working experience with Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Endpoint Manager
* excellent customer service skills, with a strong team-work approach
* knowledge of networking principles
* strong attention detail with experience of process improvement and documentation
* a valid UK driving license and flexibility to travel to other sites as & when required
On offer
Salary of up to £38,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits. Looking for candidates who can work predominantly from the Bicester office, with travel to other sites (some flexibility for occasional working from home)
