Salary: £25,905 - £28,410 per annum (or pro-rata for part-time hours)

This is a new residential provision focused on supporting children transitioning from a specialised secure environment. We provide a psychologically informed, therapeutic environment to help young people move from physical security to relational security, offering Residential Care, Education, and Health support.
The Role:
We are seeking dedicated Specialist Childcare Workers to provide exceptional care to children and young people, treating them with dignity and respect. As a Specialist Childcare Worker, you will:
1. Promote good childcare practices by fostering a caring environment in line with our home's purpose and core values.
2. Deliver trauma-informed care, participating in the development of psychological formulations based on understanding trauma and adverse childhood experiences.
3. Support young people to stay safe through relationships with staff rather than physical restrictions, using models of complex relational care.
