The Opportunity
We’relooking for a creative and organised Designer to play a key role in shaping the visual direction of SWAZ and delivering bespoke designs for our clubs and partners.
This is more than just a design role -it’san opportunity to influence brand direction, develop new product concepts, and be part of a growing business where your ideas genuinely matter.
WhatYou’llBring
* Proficiencyin Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator,and InDesign
* Strong organisational skills and confidence using task/project management platforms
* A creative mindset – able to think of fresh, bespoke design ideas tailored to each client
* An eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
The Role
Trend Research & Strategy
* Stay up to date using platforms such as Instagram and industry sites
* Use trend insights to help shape and develop the SWAZ design strategy, understanding production limitations
Brand Alignment
* Work closely with brand guidelines
* Ensure all marketing materials and designs are aligned with brand identity
Design & Project Management
Manage projects from concept through to final sign-off, including:
* Creating brochures for prospective clubs
* Designing bespoke match kits
* Producing mock-ups for template match kits
* Creating mock-up stock teamwear for club shops
* Designing bespoke custom teamwear
* Creating template mock-ups for custom teamwear
* Preparing print-ready artwork and managing sign-off documentation
Marketing Design
* Creating engaging social media posts and banners
* Designing website banners and digital assets
Photoshoots
* Organising and managing photoshoots for new product ranges
