Michael Page HR are delighted to partner with a highly successful Derbyshire based organisation to appoint for a Benefits and Payroll Specialist to join a busy HR team.This role can offer hybrid working of 4 days office and 1 home per week.
Job Description
The role of Benefits and Payroll Specialist is a busy, varied and diverse role, working as part of a global HR function you will play a key role in delivering high-quality compensation and benefits services in UK. This is an autonomous role, taking responsibility for management of outsourced payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and offboarding processes, while ensuring compliance with local legislation.This will include but not limited to:
3. Manage the relationship and communication with the outsourced payroll provider
4. Administer employee benefits programmes and respond to related queries.
5. Collaborate with the wider HR team to support payroll/benefits processes.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies.
7. Assist with audits related to payroll and benefits.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
9. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits matters.
10. Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including all benefits/payroll providers
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant for this role will have a proven background in a similar Benefits administration role, you will be comfortable working autonomously as well as liaising with a vast range of stakeholdersYou will also be proficient in HR systems
