We are currently recruiting for an Admin officer in Antrim. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork, ANI clearance has been completed.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Rate of pay: £12.97

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Based within a combined court team, main duties will be clerking (public speaking) and resulting court orders on the day, prioritising orders with attention to detail to ensure they are 100% accurate. Other duties include listing cases for court on relevant systems, filing papers, counter duties, processing applications received within tight timeframes, photocopying documentation, preparing court papers, post opening duties, dealing with customers via phone e-mail, managing email inbox, and attending court to result court procedures. All other ad hoc administrative duties as and when required. 5pm cover required on a rota basis.

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

Proof of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths grade C or above or the equivalent to this.

Proof of 3 A-levels or the equivalent to this.

Awareness ofadministration and drafting of letters and reports.
Good knowledge in using Microsoft Tools including Word, Excel and Teams.

Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to use own initiative.
