Role overview
The Retail Apprenticeship involves working full-time in our store, gaining experience in customer service and retail operations. It offers a fast-paced, supportive environment with career progression opportunities. Training is on-site for 12 months, culminating in a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Understanding and maintaining the brand reputation
* Promoting products and highlighting offers
* Supporting stock rotation and promotional changes
Support and assessment will be provided throughout your training.
Candidate requirements
* Passion for learning and retail
* Hardworking, team player, flexible
* Strong work ethic with a desire to progress
* GCSE grade 4/C in English and maths (or equivalent)
* Available for full-time shifts, not currently in education, no prior retail apprenticeship or degree
* Eligible to work in the UK, new to retail
