Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within an office premises. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are presentable and conducive to a productive work atmosphere. A background in commercial cleaning is advantageous, as it will enhance your ability to meet our high standards of cleanliness.
Hours are 3 bi-weekly
Keyholder Position - Done over the weekend Friday Evening or over the weekend.
Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors.
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
* Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
* Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
* Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
* Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good condition.
* Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Experience
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness standards.
* Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
