Our client operates a well-regarded residential and dementia care home in Widnes, Cheshire, and as Unit Manager, you will have oversight on a 35 bedded dementia residential unit. You will be committed to providing high-quality care, and creating a nurturing environment for both residents and staff. As a Unit Manager, you will: Oversee a 35-bed dementia residential unit Manage and support a team of carers, ensuring high standards of care. Collaborate closely with the home manager on various tasks. Conduct observations, audits, and manage rota’s Staff supervisions Handle care plans, risk assessments, and DOLS. Have allocated supernumerary time, but be flexible to provide hands-on care when needed.Package and Benefits: The Unit Manager role comes with an attractive package: Annual salary of circa £36,000.
