Salary: £30,000
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday with an early finish to kick start your weekend

The Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small, dedicated warehouse team to ensure the smooth, efficient and accurate flow of materials and finished goods throughout the production process.
You will play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring high standards of health & safety, organisation and productivity within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervising and motivating a small team of warehouse operatives
2. Coordinating daily warehouse activities to meet production and dispatch deadlines
3. Operating a counterbalance forklift to move raw materials and finished footwear
4. Ensuring accurate stock control, goods-in, picking, packing and despatch
5. Liaising closely with production, planning and logistics teams
6. Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised warehouse environment
7. Enforcing health & safety procedures and company standards
8. Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse
Skills & Experience Required
9. Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
10. Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse role
11. Background in manufacturing or production environments (desirable)
12. Strong team leadership and communication skills
13. Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
14. Good attention to detail and organisational skills
15. A proactive, hands-on approach
