Your Role Will Involve:
Supporting students with unique learning needs, offering tailored, one-on-one or small group support.
Helping pupils build confidence, communication skills, and independence.
Teaching key life skills, alongside literacy and numeracy support.
Creating a welcoming and nurturing learning environment that promotes self-awareness and belonging.
Designing and delivering engaging, social, and collaborative learning experiences.

Adaptable, patient, and calm in a range of learning scenarios.
Resilient and proactive in managing and encouraging positive behaviour.
A strong team player, confident and kind in communication.
Committed to ongoing professional development and open to training.
In possession of a full UK driving licence (essential).
Ideally available to work 5 days per week.

Those from dementia care, forensic care, the prison service, police, Ministry of Defence, or any other people-focused, high-energy role are especially encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
