Letting Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Letting Assistant to join our team in Abingdon. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Marketing properties available to let
2. Handling enquiries and conducting viewings
3. Processing applications and overseeing the tenancy process
4. Providing administrative support to the team

Key responsibilities:
* Responding to applicant enquiries, qualifying, and registering them
* Conducting property viewings
* Handling administration related to property marketing, referencing, and creating tenancy agreements
* Welcoming customers and visitors as the first point of contact
* Providing exceptional customer service and liaising with clients
* Managing move-in appointments
* Supporting Property Management tasks when necessary
* Ensuring property compliance
Required skills and experience:
* Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
* Strong spelling and grammar skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Ability to overcome objections
* At least 1 year of customer service or front-of-house experience
* Attention to detail
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
* Willingness to learn and accept feedback
