Job Summary
As an ICT Senior Project Manager, you will lead exciting ICT and business change projects that enhance our services. Your role will involve ensuring projects meet high standards of quality while staying within budget and on time. You will design tailored project frameworks and methodologies, such as Agile or PRINCE2, to suit each unique project. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in our community!
Role Responsibilities
* Scope and Structure: Define project goals and create a clear delivery framework.
* Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire project teams to achieve success.
* Technical Development: Oversee the development of existing and new IT systems to meet operational needs.
* Service Improvement: Ensure that all projects deliver tangible benefits to the Authority and its services.
Required Skills And Qualifications
* A relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management.
* Proven experience in managing ICT projects, ideally within a public sector environment.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and PRINCE2.
* Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and processes.
