The job itself
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Lifeguards to work at East Riding Leisure Bridlington on a casual, as and when required basis. We are keen to employ individuals who enjoy working with others and have excellent customer service skills.
A RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential.
As a Lifeguard, you are responsible for working in all areas of the facility to deliver an excellent customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Supervising the swimming pools
2. Setting up/dismantling sports equipment
3. Reactive cleaning
Ideal candidates will :
4. Be attentive with excellent customer service skills
5. Be friendly and polite
6. Able to work on a casual basis, sometimes at very short notice.
Work after 8pm Monday to Friday and all hours on a weekend attract enhancements on top of the hourly rate.
The advert is to gather a 'pool' of applicants for the leisure centre to access when required.
