You understand the challenges of these industries and know how to speak the language of fleet owners, site managers, and specialist dealers. You’re driven, commercially sharp, and thrive on building long-term business relationships while chasing down new opportunities. You live in or near Exeter, Cardiff, Swindon, or Gloucester, and you're comfortable covering a wide territory with occasional overnight stays (approx. 2–3 nights/month depending on the needs of the business and your location). What You’ll Be Doing: Farming existing dealer and end-user accounts while actively hunting for new business Building trust and credibility with customers across specialist sectors Understanding technical needs and offering tailored solutions from our product and service portfolio Monitoring competitor activity and contributing to strategic lead generation Pitching our organisation against competitors and troubleshooting product-related challenges What You Bring: A technical background in agriculture, mining, or construction Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record Enthusiasm for technical content and the ability to communicate it clearly A customer-first mindset and strong listening skills Independence, resilience, and excellent organisational skills Willingness to travel and stay overnight when needed Ideally based near Exeter, Cardiff, Swindon, or Gloucester A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
