Housing Officer South Derbyshire £30,503.19 per annum to £33,188.00 per annum plus £1,680 car allowance 37.5 hours per week Permanent About the role We are looking to recruit an experienced housing officer who will be responsible for a patch of approximately 600 homes across a dispersed area, dealing with Estate Management issues, low level ASB, tenancy sustainment, lettings and other Tenancy related aspects. About you It is essential that you can work independently with minimal supervision, organising your workload to meet goals and KPIs that are set. The post is full time, based in South Derbyshire.
