The Role
You’ll lead day-to-day social management across a portfolio of premium and luxury clients, with a particular focus on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
Working closely with our creative and performance teams, you’ll help develop content strategies, shape ideas, manage channel execution and identify how creator-style content can fuel brand growth.
This is a hands‑on role for someone equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting into the detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage and grow client social channels across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and wider Meta.
* Build and execute platform‑first organic social strategies.
* Translate brand objectives into channel and content plans.
* Identify trends, behaviours and platform shifts that can unlock growth.
Content & Creative Development
* Help shape content calendars built around formats, storytelling and performance.
* Bring strong instincts around what works creatively on each platform.
* Support ideation for campaigns, launches and reactive opportunities.
* Develop ideas rooted in creator and UGC‑style thinking, even for premium brands.
* Identify opportunities to bring creator behaviours and formats into brand social.
* Support influencer / creator collaboration concepts where relevant.
* Help clients think beyond "brand content" and towards content people actually want to engage with.
Copywriting & Community
* Write platform‑native captions, hooks, scripts and social copy.
* Support community management and audience engagement.
* Help build stronger relationships between brands and their audiences.
Performance & Insight
* Track content and channel performance, drawing insights from what works.
* Turn reporting into recommendations that improve creative output.
* Work closely with paid and performance teams to connect organic and broader growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Platform Native Operator
You understand how Meta, TikTok and YouTube work beyond surface‑level best practices.
Content & Creator Obsessed
You live in formats, creators, trends and internet culture — and know how to translate that into strong brand work.
Strategic but Hands‑On
You can contribute to bigger‑picture thinking while owning day‑to‑day delivery.
Commercially Aware
You understand social should support brand growth, not just engagement metrics.
Organised & Proactive
You manage priorities well, move quickly and keep work progressing.
Experience & Skills
* 2–4 years experience in social media, ideally within an agency.
* Strong experience managing organic social channels for brands.
* Strong knowledge across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
* Experience developing content strategies and calendars.
* Strong copywriting and content ideation skills.
* Experience using insights and reporting to shape recommendations.
* Interest in premium and luxury brands (preferred).
* Experience with creator or UGC‑led content thinking (strong plus).
* Understanding of how organic and paid social can work together (plus).
