Personal Assistant required to join a small team. This is a part-time role across both term time and school holidays, providing support for both mum and child.
The role involves a mix of practical assistance, day-to-day support, and helping maintain a steady, structured routine.
Duties include general cleaning and maintaining a safe, organised home environment. Support is provided around the education package as required.
Fridays are primarily focused on putting the house back together following the week. This involves more thorough cleaning and resetting of the home environment, rather than general day-to-day upkeep.
You will be expected to organise annual leave in coordination with the rest of the team and provide cover for annual leave and sickness where required to ensure consistent support is maintained.
We are looking for someone active and able to engage in day-to-day activities and support routines, able to work reliably within a team structure, confident working on their own initiative, and proactive in managing tasks without needing direction.
Experience working with SEN children and managing challenging behaviour is essential. You should be able to engage in imaginative and role play with the child, and flexibility is an advantage.
A full driving licence is essential, and you must be confident driving a manual vehicle with a child in the car.
