Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff Member to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a keen interest in the hospitality industry. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons while ensuring that all drinks are prepared to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, having a large smile whilst doing so and engaging with the customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
* Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations as well as licensing laws to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Experience
* Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome individuals eager to learn.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* A good understanding of drink preparation techniques is advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidates.
