<div><p>Join Cadder Housing Association and play a central role in delivering Creating Cadder’s Spark, an exciting new community wellbeing and environmental programme designed to bring people together, strengthen local connections, and improve health through creativity and connection to nature.</p><p>As our Creative Wellbeing Officer, you will shape and lead a dynamic programme of activities across Cadder, from the Community Hub to local green spaces, working alongside residents to design opportunities that build confidence, reduce isolation, and create a stronger sense of belonging.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self‑motivated Creative Wellbeing Officer with experience working with communities in community development, community education or health and wellbeing to lead, design and deliver inclusive community projects that respond to the needs and aspirations of Cadder residents.</p><h3>Flexible Working</h3><p>This post is offered on a full‑time basis, but we welcome applications from individuals who would like to be considered for part‑time hours.
