About the Role As a Work Planner, you’ll play a key part in the success of a busy maintenance service by: * Scheduling and coordinating repairs for a mobile workforce. * Ensuring appointments are booked efficiently and work is completed right first time. * Maintaining clear communication with engineers, customers, and internal teams. * Supporting efforts to achieve 100% service compliance. * Contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and reduced avoidable contact. What You’ll Bring * Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (preferably within maintenance or construction). * Strong organisational skills with a knack for efficient planning and multitasking. * Great communication skills and confidence to make decisions under pressure. * High attention to detail and solid IT skills (including MS Office). * A resilient, enthusiastic approach and a "can-do" attitude.
