PPC Manager
MNA Digital is a highly rated digital marketing agency seeking a PPC Manager to join their team.
The PPC Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid search campaigns across multiple platforms for various clients. This role requires managing campaigns to drive performance, ROI, and meet client KPIs, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
You will report directly to the Head of Paid Search and collaborate with designers and content specialists to deliver integrated digital marketing strategies.
Key Duties
1. Campaign Management: Manage paid search campaigns across Google, Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
2. Performance Analysis and Reporting
3. Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
4. Testing and Campaign Refinement: Plan and execute A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and other elements.
5. Budget Management: Ensure efficient spend across campaigns.
6. Industry Knowledge: Stay current on PPC trends, tools, and best practices.
7. Strategy Development: Contribute to new business strategies.
This role requires autonomy and accountability, with proactive campaign management, client relationship maintenance, and efficient work to meet objectives.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other PPC tools.
* Deep understanding of PPC strategies, bid management, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Collaborative work ethic with other departments for integrated campaigns.
* Previous agency experience is preferred.

Additional Details
Location: Shropshire
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 based on skills and experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
