The role: Supporting pupils with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, communication needs Working 1:1 and with small groups Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage with learning Assisting teachers with adapted resources and classroom routines Creating a calm, safe and encouraging environment You'll need: Experience supporting SEN pupils (school, care, youth work or similar) A patient, nurturing and consistent approach Good communication and de-escalation skills DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why this school?
