Take ownership of the entire bid from start to finish with a strong drive for successful results.
Work closely with the Bid Commercial Consultants to ensure the response is commercially viable and clearly articulates the financial benefits to the customer.
Manage internal and external project teams, communicating with potential customers in pre-bid engagement scenarios to influence tender requirements and prepare effectively.
Follow up post-submission, participate in presentations, and engage in post-tender activities until contract award and internal handover.
Understand and interpret customer requirements, translating them into creative, customized responses using APMP skills and processes.
Collaborate with internal sales teams to maintain an up-to-date Tender Wall in company systems, identifying and engaging in will-win opportunities.
Serve as the single point of contact with the customer procurement team during the bid process.
Provide constructive feedback to bid contributors and peers during bid reviews.
Work with sales teams and executive sponsors to develop retention plans for nominated customer accounts.
Participate in sales activities across all UK Business Units, including Finance, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, HR, EMEA, and Global HQ teams.
Engage with customers, APMP, suppliers, and contractors.
