Business Travel Assistant – Hybrid
This is a junior role, for someone with a travel background looking to move into the fast paced, business travel environment.
💸 £25k DOE + performance bonus
📍 UK-based | Remote-first (with occasional in-person meets)

📝 About the Role
At echo.bravo, we manage business travel for high-growth companies, elite performers, and brands that demand precision. We’re building something special, and fast.
We’re a small, ambitious team – not a slow-moving TMC. That means:
* You’ll be trained to support the current Senior Business Travel Managers with their trading clients whilst you grow your experience within the industry.
* You will treat these clients as your own business, grow it, protect it, and make smart decisions with the support of the Senior Business Travel Manager.
* There’s no micromanagement, we hire people who thrive without hand-holding
* We don’t always get it right first time, but we hustle, fix fast, and move forward together
* Once ready to handle your own portfolio of clients, you will be moved to the role of Business Travel Manager and in full control of your clients needs.
We’re scaling toward £25M TTV, and this hire is a key part of that plan.
🔧 What you’ll be doing
* Supporting a high-value client portfolio across music, sport, and corporate travel
* Quoting and booking flights, hotels, and itineraries – often at pace
* Being the go-to for your clients and supporting the Senior Business Travel Manager – proactive, commercially sharp, and detail-obsessed
* Using Galileo + tools like Monday.com to track and streamline services
* Working directly with the Founder, the General Manager and the Senior Business Travel Manager to help shape how we scale
🎯 What you’ll need
* 2+ years within the travel industry, ideally with experience of booking travel (TMC or agency)
* Galileo experience is a huge plus for quicker adoption but not mandatory - Other GDS experience will be considered but training will be provided for Galileo usage
* Strong commercial and relationship building instinct – you care about loyalty
* A proactive, accountable mindset – no babysitting here
* Bonus: experience in startups, lean teams, or high-growth environments
* A willingness to travel on occasion to meet with your customers face to face
