This role would only be suitable for someone with previous UK based, secondary level teaching experience. The key responsibilities for the role can be found below: Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes and manage student behavior. Ensure students are engaged with pre-set work. Provide support to students, including those with additional learning needs. Follow school procedures for attendance, behavior, and safeguarding. Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning environment. Ensure the classroom is left tidy and equipment is properly maintained. Key Requirements: Experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred). Strong communication and classroom management skills. Ability to remain calm and flexible in a dynamic environment. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
