You'll be supported by a highly experienced local team, alongside wider regional and national resources, allowing you to focus on what you do best - building relationships, delivering expert advice, and growing your portfolio.
The Role:
* Inherit a portfolio of commercial clients with consistent retention and growth potential.
* Deliver a high level of client service, managing renewals, cover reviews, and strategic insurance planning.
* Identify and develop opportunities for organic growth and referrals within your book.
* Work closely with the broking and support teams to ensure client service excellence.
* Contribute to the development of the Lincolnshire office's presence in the local market.
* While this isn't a cold new business role, you'll be encouraged to grow your portfolio over time, with the full backing of a respected national brand.
