What skills and experience we're looking for

Haverstock School and the governors of H3 Federation are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Support Officer to join our diverse and ambitious inner London community. This is an opportunity for a colleague who loves working with young people to have a huge day to day impact on their lives.

Though the responsibilities of a Support Officer are varied it is anticipated that the focus of this role will be to support the smooth running of pastoral systems and processes within the school.

Haverstock is a busy and happy community school committed to excellent pastoral care for its students. The successful candidate will be keen to build positive relationships and rapport with students; acting as a role model; committed to strongly reinforcing the school’s behaviour curriculum; and full of the energy required to be proactive in supporting students.
