Manpower are now recruiting for one of our National Clients, for a Membership Services Administrator, for a 3 month period starting asap based in Salford
Role Details:
1. Position: Membership Services Administrator.
2. Pay: £26.82 per hour
3. Location: Salford
4. Contract: 3 month assignment.
5. Start Date: ASAP
6. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 17:00; Friday, 09:00 - 16:00.
7. Remote Work: Not available due to the sensitive nature of the information handled.
Key Responsibilities:
8. Provide administrative and customer service support to our extensive membership portfolio.
9. Accurately input and manage sensitive data.
10. Offer basic guidance to members with professionalism and attention to detail.
11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Essential Skills & Experience:
12. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables) and Word.
13. Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry.
14. Excellent communication skills with an empathetic telephone manner.
15. Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
