HR Advisor - Fixed-Term Contract (8 Weeks)
Our client is looking for an HR Advisor to join their on-site team on a short-term fixed-term contract.
The role
As an HR Advisor, you'll be supporting the site HR team in delivering an efficient and people-focused HR service. This is a varied, day-to-day role that requires confidence in dealing with a high volume of people on-site and assisting with employee relations matters.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide first-line HR support to employees and line managers on-site.
* Assist with employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
* Support and monitor absence management processes, including return-to-work meetings and attendance reviews.
* Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
* Ensure policies and procedures are followed in line with best practice and employment legislation.
Required
* Previous experience in an HR support role, ideally within a manufacturing or operational environment.
* Confidence in supporting employee relations and absence management cases
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a high volume of employees.
* CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
