You’ll be at the heart of crafting standout campaigns, creating fresh content across platforms (social / print / digital), and bringing the UEL brand to life for thousands of future students.
About The Role
You’ll take a leading role in creating content that stops the scroll, from bold TikToks and Reels to behind‑the‑scenes student moments and major events.
You’ll work across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and more to build an authentic, engaging brand presence.
What You’ll Do
* Own a packed, trend‑aware content calendar
* Create standout visual content
* Collaborate across teams to tell meaningful stories
* Use insights + analytics to shape your work
* Cover events live and bring the energy online
* Support others in social best practices
About You
We’re looking for a Social Media Officer who knows how to grab attention, spark curiosity, and create diverse content that truly connects to our key audiences.
You’ll Fit Right In If You Have
* Strong video, editing and creative skills
* Experience in a large/complex organisation (ideally)
* Confidence across multiple platforms
* Knowledge of tools like Sprout, Canva
* Passion for authentic, people‑first storytelling
* Great with people
