Job Duties

Provide strategic leadership for university-wide admissions and enrollment initiatives; establish recruitment goals, strategy, and performance metrics.

Oversee day-to-day admissions operations, including application processing, evaluation workflows, compliance, and use of CRM systems (Slate) and budget.

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate admissions staff; develop training programs; promote a high-performing and student-centered culture.

Direct data analysis, reporting, and use of analytics to drive decision-making and forecast enrollment trends for senior leadership.

Build and sustain partnerships with high schools, community colleges, community organizations, and external recruitment partners.


Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities and/or Competencies required to successfully perform the work:

Excellent communication skills

Ability to maintain excellent records in a database

Must be computer literate, especially in the use of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel,

Possess skill and knowledge of Banner, Recruit and BDM.

Excellent organization skills and ability to perform well in front of large audiences.

Ability to travel for recruitment events which may include nights and weekends.

Ability to deal effectively with others, working in a collaborative environment.

Independent Worker, decisive, proactive, enthusiastic, and strong interpersonal skills

Extensive knowledge of admissions and recruitment strategies

Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network issues.

Demonstrated ability to think critically and analytically.

Must have ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

Must have demonstrated ability to be proactive, positive, organized and solution-focused.
