Essential Requirements for a Primary Teacher : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification. Previous experience working in primary schools. Strong understanding of the national curriculum. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. A passion for teaching and supporting pupil development.
