This is a full-time permanent position based within the Midlands region.
Your new role
As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting Site Engineers in the design, build, operation and maintenance of exciting live projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain exposure to major civil engineering schemes, and build a strong foundation for your future career.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Reading, interpreting, and clearlymunicating construction drawings for layouts, material measurements and site requirements
2. Helping to drive progress on site and supporting the team in meeting project deadlines
3. Building effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
4. Ensuring Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle
5. Continuously developing your industry knowledge and promoting best practice across the team
6. Carrying out any additional duties as required to support project success.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will bring:
7. Current enrolment on a Level 3/4 qualification in Construction or Civil Engineering
8. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
9. Proactive mindset and genuine interest in developing a career in the built environment
10. Collaborative, team-focused approach
11. Full UK driving licence.
