Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work closely with regulatory data to identify trends and risks, support supervisory frameworks, and contribute to high-quality report generation. Principal duties include:
•Data Analytics & Risk Assessment: Assisting the Data Analysis and Returns team with data analysis, Key Risk Indicator (KRI) alerts, and managing Prescribed Businesses invoicing.
•On-Site & Off-Site Supervision: Attending on-site firm visits, taking accurate minutes, asking targeted questions, and leading interviews with more junior staff.
•Report Generation: Assisting with preparing and presenting visit findings, thematic reports, and feedback to licensees, ensuring all written work is accurate, clear, and concise.
•Governance Support: Assisting with preparing and presenting licensee cases to the Risk Governance Panel, as well as conducting up to six Directorships risk profile reviews.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Dealing professionally with enquiries from licensees, regulators, complainants, and members of the public.
