What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work
* Working closely with a diverse client base, offering practical and commercially aware advice
* Building long-term professional relationships and ensuring a consistently high level of service
* Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the wider department
* Working autonomously while collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices
* Playing an active role in business development and enhancing the team’s regional presence
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
* A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle files with confidence
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* A commercial mindset with the ability to understand clients’ wider business needs
* Proactive, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding client care
* Confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
