With over 2000 villas to choose from, spanning from collections perfect for couples to villas big enough to bring all the family, there’s something for everyone on a Solmar Villa holiday. ​ ​ The Role In this role you will support the Business Development Manager in managing Solmar Villas Key Accounts, helping to maintain strong relationships and ensure maximum distribution across our wholesale partners. Acting as a key point of contact, you will assist with day-to-day account management, coordination of internal teams, and delivery of excellent service. You will help prepare reports, proposals, and presentations, and contribute to identifying opportunities for growth and improved distribution. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth and strengthening Solmar Villas’ presence across key distribution channels. By maintaining strong relationships with wholesale partners and identifying new opportunities, you will directly influence company performance, improve market reach, and support the delivery of exceptional service standards. Helping to promote new services and products through our distribution channels. Supporting trading reviews for key accounts, including gathering data and preparing reports to identify opportunities or mitigate risks. Preparing regular forecasts, performance updates, and sales analysis for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication between key accounts and Solmar Villas service teams. Assisting in developing opportunities to broaden distribution channels and achieve volume growth. Assist and support the Business Development Manager as and when required. ​ ​ Skills & Experience A confident, people-focused individual who thrives on building and strengthening B2B relationships, and is comfortable liaising with partners by phone, email, video calls, and in person. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed. Competent in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using technology. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Previous experience in a sales, account management or business development support role is desirable. Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
