Role Overview
As Sales Operations Coordinator, you will provide essential day‑to‑day support to ensure our core sales operations run smoothly as we prepare for launch. You will help manage the movement of vehicles from factory to dealership, keep internal processes on track and ensure information flows clearly between Sales, Logistics and our Dealer Network.
Working closely with the Head of Sales Operations, you will support key governance routines, including preparing materials for monthly senior leadership meetings. With our first vehicles arriving in April, this role is critical to ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication and seamless operational execution during a pivotal period for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support internal fleet control, monitoring vehicle inventory and keeping internal teams updated.
Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle, preparing presentations, documenting actions and ensuring compliance with procedures.
Provide proactive updates to the Dealer Network on the status of stock and customer orders, following up on outstanding requirements.
Collaborate with our logistics partner to support vehicle movements, share forecasts and ensure correct documentation, including occasional visits to the Bristol import centre.
Assist in coordinating vehicles entering our Used Vehicle programme, supporting financial and administrative checks.
Prepare clear operational reporting and maintain accurate data across sales operations processes.
Skills and Experience
Experience in the automotive sector, ideally within a manufacturer or retailer, with a good understanding of day‑to‑day operations.
Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and confidence working with data and basic analysis.
Professional communicator who builds positive relationships across teams, partners and the dealer network.
Proactive, reliable and able to follow through on actions to keep processes running effectively.
Team‑oriented, motivated and interested in learning more about the evolving EV landscape.
Willingness to travel within the UK, and internationally when required.
