Key Responsibilities Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including specialty coffee and tea, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards for quality and presentation Engaging with guests to provide personalised beverage recommendations, share your knowledge of our offerings, and create a welcoming, memorable experience Operating coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently Maintaining thorough knowledge of our menu items, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and pairing suggestions to enhance guest experiences Ensuring that the bar area is consistently clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the Food & Beverage department What We're Looking For Essentials: Have excellent customer service and communication skills Have exceptional attention to detail, especially in the preparation and presentation of hot and cold beverages Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks Be friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude Have the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business needs.
